La lettura aggiunge un grande valore alla nostra vita, ma serve disciplina per trovare il tempo per leggere

La lettura è una di quelle attività di cui tutti riconoscono l’importanza ed è desiderio di noi tutti riuscire sempre a trovare il tempo per poterla perseguire. Ma la verità è che ce la dimentichiamo spesso nella folle corsa che tutti i giorni intraprendiamo per inseguire le nostre vite. E questo è davvero un peccato. 

Il punto, quindi, è riuscire a trovare dei modi per leggere: se vuoi farlo, ma non riesci, ecco alcuni spunti per stabilire delle abitudini e diventare il tipo di lettore che vuoi essere.

ORGANIZZAZIONE: pianificare il tempo di lettura e il numero di libri che si vogliono leggere in un periodo di tempo. In questo modo, si può suddividere la lettura per obiettivi e sapere il numero minimo di pagine al giorno che si devono leggere.

NON LIMITARSI A UN SOLO MEZZO: la questione non è che i libri di carta sono superati perché non è vero, la questione è che esiste la possibilità di portarsi dietro facilmente anche tomi impossibili grazie al supporto digitale e questo può invogliare alla lettura anche quando non si è casa. Non solo, esistono anche gli audio libri e perfino i telefoni possono essere utili nei momenti peggiori.

SFRUTTARE I TEMPI MORTI: purtroppo succede a tutti ormai di salire in tram o sulla metro e, in attesa dell’arrivo alla nostra fermata, metterci a sfogliare la home di Facebook o le foto di Instagram e invece quei momenti sono perfetti per stare con il naso infilato in un buon libro.

SBARAZZARSI DELLE DISTRAZIONI: scegliere luoghi giusti e silenziosi per leggere, per rimanere ben concentrati e stare comodi. Silenziate il telefono, spegnete la Tv, cercate pace.

LASCIARE I LIBRI CHE NON CI CONVINCONO: se un libro non ispira, devi passare a quello dopo, nessuno ti metterà un brutto voto se lo fai.

Stabilire una abitudine di lettura potrebbe sembrare un lavoro in un primo momento, ma nel tempo diventerà naturale, più un istinto o un riflesso che un lavoro da svolgere e, infine, qualcosa senza la quale non puoi immaginare di vivere.
