Foglie di salvia

Un rimedio antico per la gengivite. Devi bollire cinquanta foglie di salvia in acqua distillata e poi utilizzare quest’acqua come coluttorio. In alternativa puoi aggiungere della salvia al the e berlo durante la giornata. La salvia ha un grande potere antinfiammatorio ed è ricca di antiossidanti.

Aglio e curcuma

Puoi mettere direttamente degli spicchi d’aglio a contatto con le gengive infiammate. O tritare l’aglio ed aggiungere della curcuma per ottenere un dentifricio naturale.

Olio di senape

combatte i batteri presenti in bocca e funziona rapidamente per la salute delle gengive.

Gel di Aloe vera

L’aloe vera è un grande antinfiammatorio, specie quando le gengive sono arrossate.

Frutta e verdura

La frutta, sopratutto le mele, aiuta la salute della bocca perché contiene antiossidanti.
